The essential aspect of the "Diamond World" public corporation development strategy is the program of creation, on its basis, the Diamond Center of Russia. That means the arrangement on its working area:

• lapidary and jewellery enterprises;
• Diamond Exchange;
• customs complex;
• gemmological laboratory;
• standing exhibition of jewelry, equipment and auxiliaries;
• the infrastructure of the complex provision for production activity of diamantaires and jewelers (insurance, traffic service, certification, interaction with the authorities of state inspection, banking and s.o.).

At the present time, a range of forward-looking projects is being realized, such as:
